Conflict Management and Effective Communication Workshop

Our workshop if for business and person conflict alike. Conflict management and effective communication training provides individuals with strategies and techniques to handle conflicts constructively. It emphasizes active listening, assertiveness, and negotiation skills to resolve disputes and communicate more clearly and collaboratively in various personal and professional settings. This interactive hands-on workshop gives you the opportunity to learn and practice conflict Management and effective communication skills.
The Conflict Chick works with nonprofits, corporations, schools, colleges and universities, communities, financial institutions, correctional facilities, and small businesses to mitigate conflict in teams and projects. We also serve as a conflict advisor on retainer to help organizations leverage conflict resolution in strategic planning initiatives.
About Our Instructor
Dawn N. Stone is owner of The Conflict Chick Inc., a
speaking, coaching, and consulting company that provides
training and development for organizations, corporations,
teams and individuals that specializes in conflict
management, communication, storytelling and diversity,
equity and inclusion. Dawn’s 28 years of corporate
experience coupled with her MBA in Marketing and MA in
Conflict Management has afforded her the opportunity to
touch thousands of lives across the US through education
and leadership training she provides. She is currently
pursuing a Doctorate degree in Leadership where she plans to enhance the organizations
and the leaders she serves through curricula, research and development.
