🛠️ Housing Rehab Project – Contractor Opportunity
Manifest Magic Black Girl Cooperative is undertaking a single-family housing rehabilitation project in Clarksville, TN to convert a donated property into transitional housing for women.
This rehab includes:
Major plumbing repairs (pipe separations, venting corrections, kitchen sink system, laundry hookups)
Minor electrical corrections (reversed polarity, grounding verification, outlet replacements, junction box repairs)
Interior and exterior repairs (door adjustments, siding and trim sealing, gutter and drainage improvements)
Crawlspace cleanup and insulation replacement
Installation of blinds in all windows
Thorough property cleaning and basic lawn maintenance
This project will require coordination across multiple trades, a clear understanding of residential code compliance, and a commitment to timelines and documentation.
