Sister Social

Sister Social is a monthly social networking event designed to connect, support, and empower Black women. It provides a space to exchange ideas, build relationships, share resources, and create lasting connections that will help each other succeed. By connecting the talents and resources of like-minded members of the community, Sister Social seeks to inspire personal growth as well as make an impact on society.

Mental Health First Aid Training and Certification

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach adults how to help adolescents (aged 12-18) who are experiencing a mental health challenges, addiction challenges, or are in crisis. It is primarily designed for adults who regularly interact with young people.

Adult Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. Learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.

Body Language Workshop

Body Language shows you how your physical, mental, and emotional are all related. Mental healing is the key to overall healing and each of our bodies has its own language and communicates often. This 5 part trauma informed lunch and learn series teaches you how to understand what your body is communicating and the skills to address it. 

Community Service and Partnership

At Manifest Magic, we are committed to community service and believe in the power of partnership. We volunteer with other non-profit and community agencies to help further their mission, while also providing our members with community service opportunities.

MMBGC is a Certifying Organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Award, so we can help track your hours to quality. We require our members to do community service as condition of membership.

We are grateful for the opportunity to have partnered with, volunteered with, or donated to organizations such at Project Love Strong, Habitat for Humanity, YaiPak, Keep America Beautiful, Clarksville Housing Authority, Artlink, Butterfly Moments, Urban Ministries, and more

Educational Platform

Manifest Magic Queen Circle members are given free access to an online educational platform powered by AI. This program provides them with tailored learning paths based on their individual skills and needs, offering over 1800 courses to choose from. Successfully complete proctored exams to earn certifications from accredited institutions. 

Book Club

The MMBGC book club offers members the opportunity to read both fiction and nonfiction titles. Members get to select the books they wish to read, and can choose whether they would like to meet in person or virtually in order to discuss their thoughts on these chosen books.

General Support

Manifest Magic is dedicated to improving the lives of women in our community. MMBGC has helped those in need gain access to housing, and provided emergency financial assistance to women facing difficult situations, such as leaving a domestic abuse situation or paying for unexpected funeral expenses. We also provide care packages with needed health and hygiene items, furnish homes with necessary resources and materials, as well as providing food and clothing.

BecomingHER

HEALED | EMPOWERED | RENEWED

BecomingHER is a comprehensive personal development and self-mastery program designed to empower individuals on their journey towards holistic growth and self-mastery.  It is structured into a series of workshops and modules, each focusing on one of the core areas of personal development.

Annual Events

Clarksville Health and Wellness Fair

The annual Health and Wellness event provides education, engagement, access, and advocacy for healthy living. Attendees can engage in activities like exercise classes, healthy cooking demos, listening to speakers from the medical field, as well as exploring vendor products related to health, fitness, and beauty.

Mimosas in May

The Women’s Brunch is an annual event that encourages women in the community to come together, have fun, and build connections. Enjoy a delicious meal, listen to inspiring talks from empowering speakers, and make some new friends while wearing your best brunch attire. And let’s not forget the bottomless mimosas.

Clarksville Juneteenth Festival

Clarksville’s Annual Juneteenth events are festive celebrations of freedom, culture, and history of the Black community. Guests enjoy a variety of activities for all ages. From music to food, art to literature, spoken word performances to children’s entertainment, there something fun for everyone.

Best in Black Benefit Gala

Best in Black is an annual themed gala and fundraiser that raises funds mainly for our Community Mental Health Initiative while celebrating the accomplishments of Queen Circle, women, and members of the Black community. Our goal is to raise money for impactful programs while connecting like-minded business and community leaders. Sponsorships are available and donations are accepted.
